• Trip details, such as the destination or package you are interested in, preferred dates, departure city, number of travellers, budget, and preferences such as meal requirements (for example Jain meals) or accessibility needs.
• Booking and travel information when you book, such as traveller names, dates of birth, nationality, passport or other government ID details, and copies of documents needed for tickets, hotel check-in or visa applications.
• Payment information needed to process your payments and refunds. Card and bank details are handled by our banks and payment providers.
• Website usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location and the website that referred you.

When you book an international trip, the information needed for your booking is shared with suppliers and authorities in the countries you are visiting, which may have different data protection laws from India. We share only what is needed for your travel arrangements.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on your travel plans. We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide your trip and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that, we delete or anonymise the information.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please share passport and payment details only through the channels we ask you to use.
